UP Board Exams 2022 will be held in March, students will be assessed on monthly basis as per the new calendar released by UPMSP.
Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, UPMSP has released a new academic calendar for 2021-22 according to which, UP Board students will be assessed on monthly basis.
As per the latest academic calendar, the monthly examination will be conducted in the new academic year and Uttar Pradesh, UP Board Exams 2022 will be held in the month of March. The calendar was released on Tuesday, July 13.
The academic calendar was released by Vinay Kumar Pandey, education director, due to the COVID-19 pandemic has left everyone in the state of online education. However, online classes are still continuing in the state as the COVID-19 situation still continues in the country.
According to the calendar, three internal assessments will be conducted starting from the last week of August, October, and January for students of classes 9 and 10.
A monthly examination system has been implemented by the UP Board, the marks of which will be shared with the UPMSP every month. This process will make sure that students are evaluated throughout the year.
UPMSP Calendar 2021-22 highlights:
- The UP Board Exams 2022 will be conducted in the month of March (first and second week).
- The pre-board exams will be conducted between the first to the third week of February
- Students to be evaluated through monthly tests and regular internal examinations.
- The new monthly examination system will be implemented, the marks will be shared with the Board on a regular basis.
- Monthly examination will be an objective paper with Multiple Choice Questions, MCQs.
- Internal assessment will be conducted every alternative month, the marks will also be sent to the Board.
- Three to four types of exams to be conducted for UP Board students- monthly exams, quarterly exams, half-yearly exams and the Board exams.
- Practical exams for classes 11 and 12 will be held in two phases in the month of January.
- Syllabus of classes 10th and 12th will be completed by January 15 and the syllabus of classes 9th and 11th by January 31, 2022.
