The Tamil Nadu 12th results 2020 are likely to be declared soon, in fact, in a few hours, by the Tamil Nadu government at the official websites of the Tamil Nadu board - tnresults.nic.in, dge1.tn.nic.in, and dge2.tn.nic.
It is to be noted that earlier this week, Tamil Nadu Education Minister KA Sengottaiyan had said that the official evaluation of the Tamil Nadu 12th answer sheets is almost complete. The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) had also hinted at the fact that the Tamil Nadu 12th results 2020 will be published by July 7, according to several reports.
There are several private portals which will also equip measures for the students to check the results directly from their websites. However, for authentication purposes, it is advised that the students check their Tamil Nadu 12th results 2020 online directly from the official website.

- Access the official website: tnresults.nic.in
- Click on the link with 'Tamil Nadu HSE result'
- Enter your roll number and other required details
- Click on submit.
- Take a printout of the result for future use

About the Board
The Directorate of Government Examinations has been entrusted with the onerous responsibility of conducting the Board examinations for the students studying in the State Board in Std X and XII. The mark certificates issued to the students of standard X and XII is considered as a vital and valued document for continuing higher education and for seeking job opportunities.
This year, the Tamil Nadu 12th results 2020 was delayed in view of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic outbreak. Last year, the results were released on April 19 and around 91.30% of students had qualified for higher education.
