SSC CGL 2020-21 Notification: The Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam 2020 registration window for the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will close on January 31 (Sunday). Interested and eligible candidates can apply for SSC CGL 2020 on or before January 31, 2021 on SSC official website ssc.nic.in. According to the official notification, the SSC CGL 2020 exam will be held from May 25 to June 7, 2021.
The SSC has released a statement asking aspiring candidates to not wait for the last date and complete the registration process. "Aspiring candidates for Combined Graduate Level Examination-2020, should submit their online application much before the closing date i.e. 31.01.2021 and not to wait till the last date. No extension of the last date for submission of online applications will be granted," the SSC has notified.
The last date for submitting SSC CGL fee through online mode is February 2, 2021.
SSC CGL 2020-21 exam dates
SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam is scheduled to be held from May 29 to June 7, 2021, in online (computer-based) mode.
SSC CGL selection will be done on the basis of SSC CGL Exam 2021 (Tier-I) followed by Tier 2, Tier 3 & Tier 4 Exam.
Tier 1 and 2 will be computer-based exam while Tier 3 will be in pen and paper mode. Tier 4 will be the computer proficiency test/data entry skill test (wherever applicable).
SSC CGL 2020-21 vacancy, age limit, salary details
There are a total of 32 posts for which the number of vacancies will be notified later.
The posts include assistant audit officer, assistant accounts officer, assistant, inspector, sub-inspector, upper division clerk, tax assistant etc.
The lower age limit is 18 years and the upper age limit is 32 years. However, different posts have different age limit criteria.
The pay scale varies from post to post from level 8 (47600 - 151100) to level 4 (25500-81100).

SSC CGL 2020-21 eligibility
Candidates with Bachelor's Degree are eligible to apply for SSC CGL 2020-21. The candidates appearing in the final year of their graduation can also apply, however they must possess essential qualification on or before January 1, 2021.
The recruitment will be done for filling up Group 'B' and Group 'C' posts in various Ministries/ Departments/ Organization in various Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations.
