National Testing Agency has extended the NEET 2021 application form correction facility till October 13.
NEET 2021 second phase application form correction facility has been extended till October 13, 2021. National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the answer key soon for the NEET 2021 entrance exam after the phase 2 registration gets over. However, the NTA is yet to make any official announcement in this regard. Once released, candidates can check the answer key on the official website, ntaneet.nic.in and nta.ac.in.
NEET phase 2 registration is mandatory to complete for all the candidates. Failing to do this will result in the cancellation of their candidature.
“The Candidates are strongly advised to check, cross-check, and verify their registered e-mail address and ensure that it is their own e-mail address only as NTA will be sending the scanned copy of the OMR Answer Sheet and Scorecard to the registered e-mail address,” the agency said.
NEET 2021 correction facility and phase 2 registration process were started on October 1. The phase 2 registration process concluded on October 10.
Earlier, candidates were allowed to modify details such as gender, nationality, e-mail address, category, sub-category, and educational details.
However, candidates are now allowed to make changes to the credentials submitted during phase 2 registration as well.
“The interested candidates may avail this facility as the Last and Final opportunity for correcting their particulars which were filled in the first and second phase of the online application form of NEET (UG) – 2021,” the notification reads.
Candidates who appeared for the NEET-UG 2021 on September 12 can raise their objections against the same.
Steps to challenge the NEET 2021 answer key:
- Go to the official website neet.nta.nic.in
- On the homepage, click on “Challenge NEET-UG 2021 answer key” (link not activated yet)
- Submit your required details
- Click on the key challenge and select a test booklet code
- Select the question numbers
- Select your answer. A brief explanation (optional) can be provided
- Click on Confirm
- Pay the objection filing fee
- Download the confirmation page
