UPSC Civil Services Examination is considered one of the most prestigious and difficult examinations in India. Candidates prepare with a lot of hard work and dedication to succeed in this exam, but some people get success in the first attempt. One such dedicated example is IAS officer Chandrajyoti Singh.
At the age of 22, Chandrajyoti Singh set a record by passing the UPSC exam. This admirable accomplishment is made even more impressive by the fact that she passed the exam on her own initiative, without the aid of a tutoring centre. She passed the UPSC Civil Services Examination on her first try in 2029, ranking 28th overall in the nation.
Chandrajyoti has a strong desire to serve her country. Dalbara Singh, her father, is a retired radiologists from the army. Meena Singh, Chandrajyoti's mother, was also in the army. She took a year off after graduating to concentrate on getting ready for the UPSC. Without outside coaching, she put in a lot of effort and had confidence in her skills.
He made it a habit to set aside time each day for studying. This involved starting off with six to eight hours of study time and finishing with over ten hours. He read newspapers regularly in addition to his studies to stay up to date on current events. This turned out to be crucial in helping him get ready for the test.
Chandrajyoti Singh thinks that in order to ace any exam, one must have a well-thought-out plan and work hard to implement it. According to him, applicants must have complete confidence in their skills and put in consistent hard work to achieve their goals if they want to succeed on a test like the UPSC.
