The Maharashtra State Board Of Secondary And Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) or Maharashtra Board has finalised the timetable for the tabulation of marks for class 12 board exams 2020-21.

The Board has asked the principals of all schools to fill the marks obtained by students in class 12 or Maha HSC Results in the online system by July 21, 2021. It is expected that the state board results will be declared by July 31.

According to the schedule, a training program on marking system will also be conducted for all teachers and principals via YouTube.

HSC Result 2021: Maharashtra Board Timetable for class 12

According to the schedule released by MSBSHSE, the Board will hold an online training session for all teachers and principals on the marking system on July 7, 2021 from 11 AM to 1 PM.

From July 7 to 14, the board has asked schools to complete assessments of students who have not had any kind of internal assessment – unit tests, term exams, home assignments, projects – due to the Covid-19 situation.

Class teachers then have to send each student's final marks to the results committee set up at the high school/junior college level. Between July 8 to 17, the results committee has to scrutinise the final marks sent by the class teacher.

From July 14 to 21, headmasters/ principals have to fill the final marks of the student into the online system of the state board.

From July 23, MSBSHSE divisional and state boards will do the necessary work for the declaration of results.

7-member results committee to be formed

Nearly 14 lakh students' results will be calculated for class 12 in Maharashtra Board. A seven-member results committee headed by the school principal has to be formed immediately which will take a meeting of all subject teachers.

Maharashtra HSC Result: Class 12 Evaluation Criteria

This year, a 40:30:30 evaluation criteria is being followed by Maharashtra Board. This evaluation criteria is similar to CBSE's evaluation criteria. The class 10, and 11 marks will have 30 per cent weightage each while the class 12 internal assessments will have 40 per cent weightage in theory subjects, and the marks obtained in practicals will be uploaded by schools as per the usual process.
