DU Admissions 2020: Second cut-off list released; check college-wise lists

The Delhi University on Saturday released its second cut-off list for merit-based undergraduate admissions for the academic year 2020-21.

The Delhi University on Saturday released its second cut-off list for merit-based undergraduate admissions for the academic year 2020-21.

In the first cut-off list, DU's Lady Shri Ram College for Women had set 100% score for three courses -- BA (Honours) Psychology, BA(Honours) Political Science and BA (Honours) Economics.

Students who did not get a chance in the first cut-off list still have a chance to get admission under the three courses, requiring 99% for BA (Honours) Economics and 99.75% for both BA (Honours) Psychology and BA (Honours) Political Science.

The cut-off for BA (Honours) Journalism was also dropped to 99.25% in the second list which was at a cut-off of 99.50% at LSR in first list.

Courses available

BA (Honours) History available in LSR at a minimum score of 99%, while the cut-off for the course at Miranda House and Ramjas stands at 98.50% and 97.50%.

Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) has seats available under BA (Honours) Economics and B Com(Honours).

The cut-off for B Com (Honours) has dropped by 1% from 99.50% to 98.50%.

Hindu College has kept the cut-off for BA (Honours) Philosophy unchanged at 97%.

The first cut-off list was released last Saturday. Despite having almost 100% cutoff, DU still managed to fill almost 50% of the seats under the first list.

A total of 3,54,003 students had applied for about 70,000 undergraduate seats at DU.

The admissions under the second list will commence from Monday 10 am onwards and will end on October 21. The entire admission process is being held online this year due to coronavirus pandemic.
