This is indicative of the fact that the CBSE could actually conduct the Class 12 Board exams 2021 at a later date.  However, any decision on this will be taken only after the Coronavirus situation in the country is reviewed on June 1.

According to reports, the government is expected to hold a meeting later today to discuss the conducting of CBSE and other professional exams.

It is to be noted that summer vacations have started in schools but a special schedule has been set by the CBSE affiliated schools for those students who are set to appear in CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 to clear their doubts. Schools are planning to hold a test after the beginning of online classes after the summer vacation.

The schools took this decision after Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank' did not make an announcement about the cancellation of the CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 following a meeting with education secretaries of different states.

In April, the CBSE cancelled class 10 Board exams 2021 and postponed the class 12 board exams that were scheduled for May 4. The board had said that students would be given a notice of at least 15 days prior to the start of the CBSE Class 12 board exams 2021.
