CBSE Board Exam 2022: Schools to upload list of candidates for class 10, 12 board exams 2022 today onwards

Schools to submit the list of candidates appearing for Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) class 10 and 12 board exam 2022 from today onwards. According to CBSE, CBSE Class 10, 12 Board Exams 2022 will be held in two terms and each term will cover 50 per cent of the syllabus.  Schools can submit the List of candidates (LOC) online through the official website of the e-Pariksha link available on the CBSE website, cbse.gov.in. 

The CBSE has announced that term I will be held in November-December, while term II will be conducted in March-April.  Schools will have to update the details of students online through OASIS and HPE portal.

The last date to upload the list of candidates is September 30, 2021.

CBSE schools in India have to pay the application fee of Rs 1500 for five subjects per candidate and schools out of India will have to pay the application fee of Rs 10000/-.

“No window for correction in uploaded data will be made available this year. Uploading of correct data is the responsibility of schools concerned," said CBSE in an official notice.

The CBSE has also modified the pattern of the exam for each term. In term I, there will be multiple choice questions including case-based MCQs and assertion-reasoning type MCQs. The duration of term-I will be 90 minutes. The term II will have questions in different formats including case-based, situation-based, open-ended questions. Term II will have short and long answer type questions and the duration of term II will be two hours. But if the Covid-19 pandemic continues then term II will be held MCQ-based papers for 90 minutes.
