BSEB OFSS Admissions 2018: Second merit list released on ofssbihar.in, all details inside

The Board of Secondary Education Bihar (BSEB) have released the second merit list under BSEB Online Facility System for Students (OFSS) on September 5. What next for students who passed the Class X compartmental exam under Bihar Secondary Education Board (BSEB). Well they can now use BSEB Online Facility System for students, that is, OFSS to apply for intermediate college. The students who successfully cleared the compartmental exam results declared on September 2, can apply for intermediate online forms on ofssbihar.in. The last to submit the BSEB OFSS Intermediate Application form is September 8. 

Students can apply for 5-20 intermediate colleges. OFSS Bihar would be subseqently publishing cut-off lists based on marks of the students. The third cut-off list is expected to be published by 13th September. 

Students are advised to apply judiciously keeping in mind their exam results. A realistic assessment is often needed to ensure that the student manage to get a good intermediate college to pursue future studies. Also students need to choose the subjects they wish to study in class XI and XII. 

The official website has all the details which interested candidates should check to make informed choice. Students have a four day window to make their application after which the lists would be published. 

The matric compartment examination was conducted from July 31 to August 2, 2018. In the class 10 compartment examination under BSEB, around total 2,17,575 appeared for the exam this year. Around 1,38,24 and 79,334 boys had appeared for the 2018 Class 10 compartment examinations.

Apart from the aforesaid Secondary School Examination, the Board also conducts departmental examinations (not on yearly basis) such as Diploma in Physical Education, Certificate in Physical Education and Teachers Training Examination on such terms and condition as laid down by the State Government.
