1.Shweta Bharti's Background:
Shweta Bharti, an IAS officer of the 2021 batch, hails from Rajgir Bazaar in Nalanda district, Bihar. She comes from a modest family and completed her schooling at Ishan International Public School in Patna.
2.Educational Journey:
After finishing her 12th grade, Shweta graduated in Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering from Bhagalpur Engineering College.
3.Private Job at Wipro:
Post-graduation, Shweta secured a job at the renowned company Wipro, where she decided to pursue her aspiration of joining civil services.
4.Preparation with a Job:
Balancing her private job and studies, Shweta prepared for civil services, eventually securing an impressive rank in the BPSC 65th exam.
