According to Prerna, one should not ignore NCERT books as it will strengthen your base. In order to crack UPSC, the candidate must read NCERT books (of class 6 to class 12). She herself read these books and cleared UPSC. She believes that while preparing for civil services, one should not hurry but should slowly keep moving towards his/her goal. Patience is the key to reach your destination.
Prerna Singh's advice to all candidates
Prerna says that everyone should not take pre and mains lightly. These should be taken seriously by first clearing basics and then start preparing from standard books. One can also take help from the internet. Other than this, one should start revising after completion of the syllabus. Maximus revision and answer writing practice play a very crucial role in UPSC.
