RRB NTPC: Check exam date, venue, centre and other details

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) released announced the RRB NTPC dates. Currently, the exam is being held for RRB ministerial and isolated category posts. RRB NTPC 2019 exam is scheduled to begin on December 28, 2020 and will be held till March January 13, 2021. The exam will be held for filling non-technical popular category (NTPC) posts in the Indian Railways.

The RRB NTPC admit cards will be released four days prior to the exam.

Candidates have been informed about the city in which they will appear for the exam, the date on which their test is scheduled and the shift in which they will appear for the exam.

Candidates who are not scheduled in the first phase will be informed that their exam has not been scheduled. "On accessing the LINK for viewing the Exam City & Date, message will be displayed "Dear Candidate, You are not scheduled in the present phase. Please wait for the intimation from RRBs," the RRBs have said in the notification.

The NTPC recruitment includes positions like Clerk, Time Keeper, Traffic Assistant, Goods Guard, Typist, Commercial Apprentice, and Station Master.

In September, the Railway Minister Piyush Goyal had said that the exam will be conducted from December 15. However, the exam was further delayed.

On the exam day, candidates have to carry a COVID-19 self-declaration and produce at the entry. Without the declaration, railway authorities have said, candidates will not be allowed to sit in the exam.

Candidates will be checked for their body temperature at the exam center. Candidates having body temperature more than the prescribed limit will not be allowed to sit in the exam. However, for these candidates, the exam will be held on a different day.
