School owners not in the clear yet

Even after the CBI has rejected the Haryana police probe theory into the case and apprehended a Class XI student, the fate of Ryan International School owners Augustine Pinto, his wife Grace Pinto and son and CEO Ryan Pinto still hanging as CBI has not given a clean chit to them.

"Our investigating team has not given a clean chit to anyone so far. Their role in the case is still being probed,"said a CBI officer. Tampering of evidence also happened during the initial days and the agency is looking into that matter as well.

The victim's parents also demanded the role of Pinto's family in the case to be thoroughly probed as the evidence and crime scene were tampered with during the probe and it was allegedly due to their help, as they are very "influential people".
