A Delhi court on Tuesday sent the director of a Delhi-based real estate firm in to two-day police custody, in connection with a cheque bounce case, in which cricketer Munaf Patel is also an accused.Metropolitan Magistrate Manisha Tripathy sent Rahul Chamola, Director of Nivas Promoters Private Limited, for interrogation, after a complaint that the accused duped a Delhi resident of crores, which was used for betting and match fixing. The complaint was filed under provisions of the Negotiable Instruments Act against the company and six others.
