Trains will run on a single line between the said stations on Line 6 due to overhead wire interlinking for the extension work of the corridor till Faridabad, a metro statement said.

"There will be a gap of around 16 minutes between 11 PM and the last train on February 28 and between 6 AM and 8 AM on March 1 as a single line will be operational," a Delhi Metro spokesperson said.

Authorities, however, claimed that there will be no major impact on passenger movement as the frequency will be "more or less similar to a normal day's schedule".
