The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation organised an exhibition showcasing the Metro’s journey through different themes. Displayed at the viewing gallery at Rajiv Chowk Metro station, the exhibition covers 16 years of operations. The pictures show the Metro’s expansion from 2002 to till date and crossed the 300 km mark.

Another theme, ‘Unfolding Of A Colourful Journey’ depicts all the inaugural ceremony photos being flagged off by the PMs, CMs, Union Ministers and Metro employees dedicating new sections for the public.

Giving a few glimpses of this journey from the eyes of who’s who, the exhibition showcases snippets amongst the numerous high-profile visitors in past 16 years. It also shows Asia’s only Metro Museum on a functional Metro station through pictures of the Delhi Metro Museum at Patel Chowk Metro station. It also has on display interesting trivia about Metro operations, information about all the lines etc.
