Govt modifies Section 66A of IT Act to prevent misuse
Mumbai NGO Help Mumbai Foundation had on Wednesday written to minister for information and technology Milind Deora, demanding an expert panel to pave the way for a clearer definition in the Section.
Iin the wake of its alleged misuse in recent few cases, the government on Thursday modified rules under controversial Section 66A of IT Act.
