According to the police, the deceased have been identified as Akshat Kamboj, 24, a resident of Karnal and Vikhyat Pandit, 25, from Palvel. Both were LLB graduated, the police added.
Two men died after their overspeeding two-wheeler rammed into a vehicle, which is suspected to be a tractor, while overtaking a bus in North Delhi's Civil Lines area in the wee hours of Saturday.
Police said that the two were preparing for a juridiciary exam and were living in Mukharjee Nagar. Both men hailed from Haryana. The bodies were handed over their family members on Saturday morning.

The police received a call citing an accident in which two people had died near Dr Ambedkar National Memorial in Civil Lines.
"After reaching the spot, bodies of two men were found lying in a pool of blood on the road. During preliminary inquiry, it was revealed that they were riding on a scooter and while overtaking a bus, they rammed into a nearby vehicle," said a senior police officer.
The police weren't able to find the above mentioned vehicle. The police will also investigate the angle of hit-and-run in the case. However, the locals said that the two were overspeeding and had jumped all the stop signals. They rammed into a tractor, the locals added.
Police said that both men were take to Sushrut Trauma Centre where they were declared brought dead by the doctors.
"The incident took place around 3 am. A case of rash driving and for causing death due to negligence has been registered at the Civil Lines Police Station. However, CCTV footages of the area are being checked to ascertain the vehicle's identity," said a senior police officer.
