"The Proctor's office as well as DUSU election office (2017-18) have received many complaints about defacement of public and private properties by pasting posters, putting banners, etc, about DUSU election, all over the city," Chief Election Officer SB Babbar said.

He also warned the students not to use 'cavalcades' of vehicles with banners within the campus as well as adjoining areas.
