Since the Congress party has been decimated to the third position with 8 seats in the 70-member Delhi Assembly, the single largest party BJP+ (32) followed by AAP (28) have to find ways to give a new dispensation, he said.

"What can we do? We will have to wait and watch...we cannot do anything. Whatever is to be done, has to be done by the two parties (BJP and AAP)," Shinde told reporters here when asked about government formation in the state.

Responding to questions at his monthly press conference, Shinde said his Ministry has not received any communication from the office of the Delhi LG on the subject.

"The Delhi LG office has only sent resigantion of the former Chief Minister (Sheila Dikshit)," he said.

On a query on the probe into alleged irregularities in the foreign source funding of AAP, the Home Minister said the investigation in this case has still been not completed and once it is done, the Delhi High Court would be informed about it.
