In the much-hyped India vs Pakistan clash, the Men in Bule registered an 89-run victory over Pakistan in the World Cup.

Chasing a total of 337-runs, Pakistan were already down and out when rain stopped play after 35 overs. They had managed 166 runs for the loss of six wickets and the DLS was the only thing that could save them. But turns out, the match was reduced to 40 overs with a revised target of 302.

Pakistan required 136 runs from just five overs. Imad Wasim (46) and Shadab Khan (20) remained unbeaten at 212 for six.

The memes and reactions were on throughout the match, but what grabbed everyone's attention was Sourav Ganguly's response.

Michael Clarke who was in the commentary box with 'Dada' asked him, "All I see is blue T-Shirt and Indian flags all around the stands and not much green colour".

Ganguly was quick to respond saying, "Yeah! Costly tickets may be".

Indian fans took notice of the reply and soon the statement made rounds on social media.

India won the match and now have a 7-0 record against Pakistan in the 50-over World Cup. India will take on Afghanistan on 22 June while Pakistan face South Africa on 23 June.
