He might be known as the God of Cricket, but in his hometown, Mumbai, Sachin Tendulkar's fan-following is at another level all together.
Every young cricketer in Mumbai, in a coaching centre or on the street, has worshipped Sachin from the day he/she picked up a bat.
For locals growing up in the City of Dreams, seeing Sachin bat live was a lifelong dream. Thus, it was absolutely fascinating to see the icon playing on a Mumbai street.
A handful of Mumbaikars must've pinched themselves in disbelief when Sachin showed up to play some gully cricket with them.
A video of it has been shared on social media and has gone viral. In the short clip, the Master Blaster can be seen knocking a few balls on a busy Mumbai street. He seems to be playing with a bunch of hotel employees from that vicinity. The video ends when a car stops next to Sachin and a girl yells out his name in disbelief.
