Team India leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal and choreographer and YouTuber Dhanashree Verma's wedding film released on Saturday consisting of some of BTS.
The Yuzvendra Chahal-Dhanashree Verma wedding film finally released on Saturday, the teaser to which had released on March 21. Team India leg-spinner Chahal and choreographer and YouTuber Dhanashree Verma tied the knot on December 22 last year.
Since then the duo keeps sharing the pictures and videos from their wedding, sangeet, mehendi, ring ceremony and various other programmes, which were part of their week-long celebration for their marriage. Now, the wedding film has some of the very cute and funny moments from behind the scenes of these various ceremonies.
The seven-and-a-half-minute-long highlights reel starts with Chahal breaking into a funny Hindi poetry about marriage. "Shaadi ke baad sabki life hai risky, oh kitthe gayi meri whisky? (Everyone's life after marriage is risky, where's my whisky?)" Then he breaks into a burst of wild laughter.
Then it focusses on Dhanashree who recalls a moment when Chahal asked her to teach him to dance. The film then shows various lovely moments from the couple's reception, mehndi and the wedding itself. The reel has a few laugh-out-loud moments. In one of those, Chahal jokes about widening the door as Dhanashree wasn't able to pass through one of them due to her lehenga.
In another of his poetry performance, Chahal referring to his fellow teammate said, "Mujhe nahi hai zindagi mein koi fiqar, jab tak mera bada bhai hai Shikhar (Dhawan) (I don't have to worry about anything in life till the time I have my elder brother Shikhar)." After which both Chahal and Shikhar started dancing with each other during the reception.
The film then takes along the viewers to the wedding and some amazing moments from the same. You can watch the video here:
