Back in 2006, the former Indian skipper embarked on a significant journey to Pakistan, where he played a crucial role in the Men in Blue's victory in the ODI series against their arch-rivals. This tour marked Dhoni's first visit to Pakistan since his international debut for Team India in 2004.

A video, which has now gone viral on social media, captures MS Dhoni enthusiastically suggesting a man to explore Pakistan for its authentic Pakistani delicacies. However, despite the cricketer's persuasive recommendation, the man politely declined the offer to travel to Pakistan, even if it meant missing out on the incredible food. This amusing response left MS Dhoni in fits of laughter.

In 2006, MS Dhoni and Team India embarked on their first and only journey to Pakistan. However, political tensions between the two nations have prevented the Men in Blue from touring their neighboring country ever since.

Looking ahead to the Asia Cup 2023, Pakistan was initially granted the privilege of hosting the prestigious tournament. Regrettably, India's refusal to travel to Pakistan led to a change in plans, and the venue was ultimately shifted to Sri Lanka.
