Virat Kohli reveals when he and Anushka will post pictures of daughter Vamika on social media
It may be recalled that Virat Kohli and his wife Bollywood star Anushka Sharma were blessed with a baby girl earlier this year.
Team India skipper Virat Kohli on Saturday revealed the meaning of his daughter Vamika’s name during a Question and Answer session on Instagram.
It may be recalled that Virat Kohli and his wife Bollywood star Anushka Sharma were blessed with a baby girl earlier this year and the couple decided to nam their little bundle of joy – Vamika.
During the Question and Answer session on Instagram several fans asked questions from Kohli. A fan asked: What is the meaning of Vamika, How is she? Can we see a glimpse of her please.”
To which the Indian cricket team skipper explained: “Vamika is another name for goddess Durga. No we have decided as a couple not to expose our child to social media before she has an understanding of what social media is and can make her own choice.”
Notably, Kohli and Anushka are yet to share any photo showing the face of Vamika.
Kohli is scheduled to travel soon to England with Team India for the final of the World Test Championships against New Zealand and later Tema India will also play a five-match Test series against the hosts.
