Cricketer, Stuart Binny's wife Mayanti Langer has been a strong pillar in the player's life. The cricketer has often been heckled on social media and has even received hate messages.

So when the player made his 100 List A appearance in the clash between Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh in the ongoing Vijay Hazare Trophy on Monday, Langer made sure to voice her opinion against all trolls and haters.

Binny, who had played an unbeaten knock of 55 runs off 37 balls, shared a photo on Instagram and captioned it: "That day has come where I walk out for my 100 List A game...blessed."

The 36-year-old wife soon extended her support for the achievement and slammed the trolls with the message: "To the haters, but mainly to the supporters."

“A hundred that has been 17 years in the making. Hard work and perseverance are only words until you bring them to life. Some just talk, Stuart Binny walks the talk,” Mayanti wrote on her Instagram.

This is not the first time the commentator has stood up for her husband. In February 2020, the anchor and sports presenter had given an epic response to a troll on social media for passing unnecessary comments on her husband.

"It's a rather colourful life in our studio ???? @StarSportsIndia #cricketlive #NZvsIND #firevsice," her post on Twitter read. To this post, two trolls tried to have a go at Stuart in the comment section.

While one of them asked 'where is Stuart Binny nowadays?', the other one responded by claiming that the cricketer is busy carrying his wife's bag.

However, Mayanti dropped a savage response to the trolls and wrote, "I can carry my own baggage thank you very much ???? he’s busy living his life, playing cricket, just being awesome in general, and not passing comments on people he doesn’t know ????".

During the 2019 Indian Premier League (IPL) as well, the then Rajasthan Royals player Binny had scored 11-ball 33 against KXIP and was trolled by a Twitter user. Langer - who was a presenter of the IPL - soon jumped to her husband's rescue.

A social media user tried to question Mayanti asking her, "where is Stuart? Not on the horizon anyway ?" She replied saying, “Sorry that you seemed to have missed #KXIPvRR on @StarSportsIndia you can join us on #MarutiSuzukiCricketLive on SS 1/2/Hindi/HD and of course @hotstartweets Cheers."

Even in 2016, Mayanti Langer had given a befitting reply to all those who trolled and insulted her on social media after Binny had performed poorly in the first T20.

Many people posted sexist tweets directed at Mayanti after Binny's performance, but Mayanti not only shut the haters up but also handled the bullying with grace.

She tweeted a message saying, "I hope no one ever demands the death of your loved ones or sends you violent images threatening the same. Taunting me with suicide is shameful. Think of the families that suffer because of this tragedy and you have reduced their plight to a joke."

She further took their case by saying, "I hope you find love and loyalty. By suggesting divorce, suggests you haven't. I've been working since I was 18. Instead of calling me a gold-digger, go get a job and earn the right to support yourself and your families."

"I hope bullying us made you feel better about yourselves, cause otherwise was it really worth it?" asks Mayanti, ending with a 'wishing you all the best.'

As for Binny, he shifted his alliance to Nagaland in 2019 after previously playing for Karnataka.
