She had no idea who I was: Hardik Pandya recalls his first encounter with Natasa Stankovic

Team India cricketer Hardik Pandya has finally opened up about how he first met his fiancé Natasa Stankovic, which changed his life.

Hardik, during his chat with Harsha Bhogle, claimed that no-one had a clue before he proposed Natasa. Not even his parents had any idea that he was about to do it.

The 26-year-old also added that his brother, Krunal Pandya, also got to know about it just two days before engagement.

"My parents also didn’t know that I was getting engaged. Two days before (the engagement), I told Krunal. I told him, 'I have had enough. I have found someone in my life who I love, and I am becoming better.' They (family) backed me and told ‘do whatever you want," Hardik said during the show ‘In conversation with Cricbuzz’.

Hardik also spoke about how he first met with Natasa and how she had no clue who he was before their first encounter.

"She had no idea who I was. I got her by talking," he said.

"She saw someone in a hat at a place where I met her, wearing a hat, a chain, a watch, at 1 AM. So she thought he is ‘alag prakaar ka aadmi aaya’ (different kind of person came)."

"That is when I started talking to her, started knowing each other. Then, we started dating. Then got engaged on December 31," Pandya added.

After Hardik had shocked fans with this engagement with Natasa Stankovic, the Team India cricketer on Sunday took to social media to share the 'good news' with everyone about his fiancé being pregnant.

The star allrounder announced the same through an Instagram post as he shared a picture of Natasa with a baby bump.
