Ishant Sharma, one of India's leading fast-bowlers over the past decade, turned 29 on Saturday. The lanky pacer, who last played for the national team in March against Australia, was wished by many of his team-mates on his special day.

As expected, though, Virender Sehwag's greetings were laced with a heavy dose of humour. The former Indian opener took a hilarious dig at Ishant's antics during Day 2 of the second Test against Australia earlier this year.

Ishant had made a comical, crooked face while trying to rile up Aussie skipper Steve Smith. Viru posted a picture of a Victoria lady from 1840 and pointed out that she trained the birthday boy on how to make funny faces.

 

"Happy Birthday @ImIshant. Burj Khalifa ji, found out your trainer. Keep entertaining and stay blessed," wrote Sehwag on Twitter.
