Pakistan beat South Africa by 95 runs to sweep the two-match series. Wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan played a key role in the win by scoring an unbeaten 115 in the second innings.

His knock even helped Pakistan recover from 76 for 5 and post 298 to set South Africa a target of 370. While the batsman surely knows how to encounter the Proteas bowlers, his pronunciation of the names of some South African cricketers is definitely not something he mastered.

After starring with the bat in the second Test, the Pakistan star was involved in a bizarre incident while talking with the media.

Rizwan hilariously failed to pronounce the names of South Africa bowlers Anrich Nortje and George Linde. Even though he knew that he was making a mistake, he made sure to leave others in splits. The 28-year old spoke about the bowlers who picked up five wickets in an innings during the Rawalpindi Test.

Rizwan said that the pitch was helpful to both spinners and pacers. Fast-bowler Hasan Ali had picked up five-wicket hauls in both innings while Nortje and spinner Linde picked up fifers in the first and second innings respectively.

So when the wicketkeeper was right with his assessment, he said the names of the bowlers wrong. He called Nortje 'Nokia' (which is right but he wasn't sure) and Linde 'Lundi'.

"Hasan bhai ne paanch out kiye, unka wo nodjiye hai ya nokia hain, jo bhi hain usne bhi paanch out kiye (Hasan got five wickets, and their bowler nodjiye or nokia also picked up five wickets)," Rizwan said before mispronouncing Linde.

Talking about the game, South Africa were in a good position at the start of day five as their score was 127 for 1. However, they suffered a collapse after the 107-run stand between Aiden Markram and Temba Bavuma.

The visitors lost their last seven wickets for 33 runs and were bundled out for 274. Both sides will now play a three-match T20I series starting from February 11.
