No change in India women squad for final two T20Is against South Africa

The BCCI had earlier announced the squad for first three matches of the ongoing five-match series in Surat.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Saturday announced the India Women's T20I squad for the final two T20Is against South Africa.

Earlier, the BCCI had announced the squad for the first three matches of the ongoing five-match series in Surat. The BCCI has not made any changes in the squad and has decided to stick with the same squad for the final two T20Is matches.

While India won the first match by 11 runs the second match was abandoned due to rain. The third T20I of the five-match series will be played on September 29. 

"The All-India Women's Selection Committee has decided that there will be no change in India Women's T20I squad for the final two Paytm T20Is against South Africa Women," a statement by Hemlata Kala, the chairperson of the selection committee said. 

Indian Women's squad for 4th and 5th T20Is: Harmanpreet Kaur (Captain), Smriti Mandhana (vice-captain), Jemimah Rodrigues, Deepti Sharma, Taniya Bhatia (wicket-keeper), Poonam Yadav, Shikha Pandey, Arundhati Reddy, Pooja Vastrakar, Radha Yadav, Veda Krishnamurthy, Harleen Deol, Anuja Patil, Shafali Verma, Mansi Joshi
