235 runs in 20 overs? Netizens believe MI vs SRH match could be 'FIXED'

What an Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 doubleheader it has been. On one end, table-toppers Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Delhi Capitals (DC) are having a clash in Dubai, Mumbai Indians (MI) is facing Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in Abu Dhabi as well.

The league stage has come to a close with today's double-header, and it is the first time that the final two league matches will be played concurrently.

The Rohit Sharma-led side still has a theoretical chance of reaching the playoffs - for that they need to beat SRH by 171 runs to get past KKR's net run rate.

And while DC scored 164 and lost five wickets in their allotted 20 overs against RCB, Mumbai grabbed all the attention of fans as they went on to score a mammoth 235 runs and lost nine wickets against SRH. 

Having won the toss, Mumbai had almost won a small part of the battle. However, it was Ishan Kishan and Suryakumar Yadav's batting that got the side to such a big total.

Though Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya, Kieron Pollard and Jimmy Neesham missed out on scoring big, Kishan and SKY made sure they had full control of the game offering Mumbai a ray of hope. 

While their qualification looks highly unlikely, the entertainment and drama surely continue. However, something that some fans are feeling is that this match could be FIXED.

While RCB and DC have already qualified for the Play-offs along with Chennai Super Kings (CSK), the hopes of Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) becoming the 4th team to qualify relies on SRH and Mumbai not being able to bowl the Sunrisers out for 65 or below.
