While Mumbai Indians (MI) have a tough competition ahead of them as they try and make it to the play-offs of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021, the skipper is keeping his cool.
The 'Hitman' has been trying his best to motivate all his men and is keeping the mood in the camp alive. The batsman in fact was seen enjoying time and even pulling a prank on his wife Ritika Sajdeh, which got the hearts of netizens melting.
Rohit uploaded a video on his social media in which the Mumbai Indians captain was seen first showing that he had put chocolate in his hand.
Then he walked straight to Ritika but with his palms closed. It could be seen that his wife thought there was something scary as he asked her to touch his hand and try and see what there is. After seeing her hesitating, Rohit tried to convince her to give him a fist bump.
"Do you think I will scare you Ritika? I swear. Just fist bump," Rohit was heard saying from behind the camera. The video ended with Ritika smiling after being pranked successfully.

As for the couple, the two are currently in the United Arab Emirates, where Rohit is leading the Mumbai Indians in the ongoing IPL 2021. After 12 matches, Mumbai have only won five games.
The side will next face Rajasthan Royals, who also have a similar track record. As for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), they have won six out of their 13 and look set for the playoffs due to a superior run rate.
If Mumbai needs to qualify, their only chance is if they can win their last two league matches against Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH).
