BCCI have allowed fans to watch the IPL 2021 matches live in the stadiums when the second phase kicks off in the UAE on September 19.

Amidst several strict COVID-19 protocols for the second phase of IPL 2021, the BCCI has allowed the fans to return to stadiums after more than two years in the Indian Premier League (IPL) as the last season in the UAE in 2020 and the first half of 2021 edition in Indian were played behind closed doors.
The BCCI will soon issue the SOPs to be followed, however, they have opened the online ticking procedure where fans can go on the official website and book the tickets, but if they face any problem in doing so, they also have partnered with platinumlist.net for the sale of the tickets.
The tournament is set to resume on September 19 with the El Clasico - Chennai Super Kings vs Mumbai Indians in Dubai.
The ticking process started on September 16 and here are the steps by which the fans can buy the tickets:
Step 1: Open your browser and enter the official website
Step 2: Click on the buy tickets option in the menubar
Step 3: You can purchase the ticket online by entering the details
Step 4: Check out the number of tickets you want to purchase and then proceed for payment
Step 5: Once you complete the payment, you can download the PDF file.
Step 6: Take a screengrab or a printout for gate entry
The terms and conditions say that only fully vaccinated fans will be allowed in the stadiums for health and safety of themselves, other fans and the players.
The fans can buy tickets on PlatinumList.net as well. Steps for the same:
Step 1: Open the website– platinumlist.ent
Step 2: Sign up using your Google account
Step 3: Enter your number and country code
Step 4: You will be redirected back to the homepage
Step 5: Choose your UAE city– Sharjah, Abu Dhabi or Dubai
Step 6: Search for IPL in the dialog box or manually search from the calendar option
Step 7: Choose your match and select the seats/ package
Step 8: Enter the details and proceed to payment.
Step 9: Take a screengrab/ printout once you download the PDF file
Since the 14th edition of the IPL was suspended midway in the month of May due to a rise in COVID-19 cases, the BCCI is not taking any chance as far as the COVID-19 rules and regulations are concerned.
