Sachin Tendulkar celebrated his 45th birthday at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Tuesday. Wankhede Stadium celebrated their favourite cricketer's birthday in style as the Mumbai Indians hosted the Sunrisers Hyderabad on Tuesday.

Sachin Tendulkar, who is Mumbai Indians team's icon, cut a cake to celebrate his birthday. The Master Blaster cut a chocolate cake during the sixth over during a pitchside interview wish Simon Doull. The crowd at the Wankhede sang the birthday song together to wish him "Happy Birthday". 

Sachin said: "It has been a special day. You can see what's happening in the stadium. It started in the morning when a lot of people were outside the house from different parts of the country. We also launched my company's website today...then later in the evening I spent some time with cancer patients."

Sachin's die-hard fan, Sudhir, was also present in the stands with his body painted in tri-colour and held the Indian national flag.

Earlier, Sachin took to his official social media account to thank his fans for their love and wishes on his 45th birthday.
