Indian pacer Shrikant Wagh created history on Saturday when he took all 10 wickets in an innings. Wagh, who has played for India A also, made this record while playing for Stokesley Club in the North Yorkshire & South Durham (NYSD) Cricket League.
Stokesley Club defeated Middlesbrough CC by 135 runs as Wagh returned figures of 11.4-1-39-10 in the match. The club posted the incredible scorecard of the match on their Twitter handle.
The left-arm pacer Wagh has played 63 first-class games so far with 161 wickets. He also has has 65 wickets from 47 List A games and 51 wickets from 44 T20 games.
Wagh has also played in the Indian Premier League (IPL). He was part of two teams - Rajasthan Royals and Pune Warriors India in the league. He played one IPL match in 2010 and seven in 2011.
Wagh is playing in England to secure a permanent place in the the Vidarbha squad.
