Indian fans reply to Barmy Army's 'cheeky' James Anderson tweet, reminds them of 'kid' Rishabh Pant

When one says 'do not mess with Indians' - especially when it comes to cricket, it is sometimes true. The sport-loving nation makes sure to go the extra mile when someone takes a dig on them and their players.

This what happened when England's Barmy Army thought it was ok to take a cheeky dig against the Indian cricket fans. As Team India prepare for a high-voltage five-match Test series against England, the fan club took to Twitter and shared a video mentioning Indian fans.

The video is of James Anderson uprooting the middle stump of the Indian batsmen, probably of Shubman Gill and Ajinkya Rahane. They wrote: "To all the India fans in our mentions saying Jimmy 'Clouderson'".

However, fans soon responded back to Barmy Army, reminding them of the audacious sweep played by wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant against Anderson, during England's last tour to India. The tourists were outplayed by Virat Kohli's men in all three formats.

It is said that James Anderson gets more lethal under overcast conditions, which led many to the name 'Clouderson' being associated with the 38-year-old veteran cricketer.
