India vs South Africa: WATCH Superman Virat Kohli's astounding catch to dismiss Proteas captain Quinton de Kock

Indian skipper Virat Kohli is known for his fitness, swiftness and speed. The player makes sure he is fit on the field especially when it comes to field.

A splendid performance was seen in Mohali when he ran and dived to dismiss South African captain Quinton de Kock.

In the 11th over, de Kock backs away and is cramped by a 141.2kph short of length delivery by Navdeep Saini.

The Proteas captain goes for the pull and splices it straight back over Saini. The Indian skipper, however, ran across from mid-off and stretched both his hands as he made an end moment dive to take the catch.

India had won the toss and chosen to field. Quinton de Kock was proving to be a nightmare as he went on to score a half-century prior to his dismissal. He departed on 52 off 37 deliveries.
