Team India captain Virat Kohli and vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane are set to become the first players to arrive in Kolkata on Tuesday morning ahead of the home side's first-ever Day-Night Test against Bangladesh

The duo is set to arrive at the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport at 9.40am, while the rest of the squad flying in later, local team manager Samrat Bhowmcik told PTI.

Samrat Bhowmcik also revealed that opener Rohit Sharma and speedster Mohammed Shami will be the last twp to join the squad on Wednesday.

"Ishant Sharma is slated to arrive Tuesday night, while other members of the squad along with the full Bangladeshi contingent are scheduled to arrive together in the afternoon," he said.

However, the official also said that the Indian side will not be doping any practice on Tuesday.

"But you never know if the captain wants to have a feel of the stadium, he might just drop in," he said.

This will also be the first time ever that India and Bangladesh will be playing a day/night Test and is the reason why players from both sides had net sessions with the pink SG balls in Indore ahead of the first Test match.
