After receiving a hammering during the first ODI in Mumbai in the hands of Australia, India will be looking to bounce back quickly during Friday's (January 17) clash between the sides.

The 'Men in Blue' absolutely got outclassed by an inform Aussie side who cruised to a 10-wicket win, courtesy of a record-breaking 258-run partnership for the first wicket between Aaron Finch and David Warner.

However, the Board of Control for Cricket in India President Sourav Ganguly publicly voiced his opinion to induce confidence in the national squad.

Ganguly took to Twitter and said that the Indian team is strong and he has full faith in the boys to bounce back during the Rajkot ODI.

"The next two one-dayers against Australia will be a cracker. This Indian team is a strong team .. just had a bad day in the office .. been in this situation before and have come back to win from 2-0 down two seasons ago ..good luck @imVkohli @BCCI @My11Circle."

India is currently taking on the Aussies at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot for the second ODI of the three-match series.
