'I'll let you off cos I love you,' Kevin Pietersen, Virat Kohli's bromance will surely make you smile

When you talk about India-England rivalries of recent times, one thinks about Virat Kohli and James Anderson's battles in Test cricket. 

While Anderson made Kohli his bunny during the 2014 series, the latter avenged that by recording two centuries in England last year. 

However, there has been one English cricketer who has shared a lovely relation with the Indian captain and that's none other than Kevin Pietersen. 

Kohli, who is 'sunny' New Zealand right now leading the India team in the ODI series, shared a sun-kissed picture of his with a caption, "Basking in the sun."

Trolling Kohli, Pietersen replied to the tweet, "Looks a bit like you’re more in the shade, bro!"

Responding to Pietersen and defending his picture caption immediately, Kohli said, "Well, in that case, you should've seen my first caption. Much worse.  PS - the face is still in the sun."

The South African-born cricketer, Pietersen gave a very sweet reply to Kohli's last tweet. He said, "I’ll let you off cos I love you!"

India kick-started the three-match ODI series with a win by 8 wickets against New Zealand in Napier. The second match is scheduled to be played on Saturday.
