The fans and viewers are enjoying the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) but they also have an eye on the upcoming ICC Men's T20 World Cup and the match between arch-rivals India and Pakistan. The IPL allowed crowds to attend the IPL games and one of the fans came with a placard during Match No 55 between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians in Abu Dhabi.
The fan on the placard asked MI skipper Rohit Sharma for a couple of tickets for the much-anticipated clash. The placard read, "Rohit, Need 2 tkts for IND v/s PAK. Pleeeease…"
As soon as the camera panned onto him, the fan and his message went viral on social media. The message sparked a meme fest on social media as most of the users asked him if it was the right way of asking for the tickets with a hilarious meme.
