ICC has said that if the World Cup final, turns into a tie, the winner could be decided by a Super Over.

Replicating the arrangements of the previous edition of the cricket World Cup, the ICC Board reinstated the use of a ‘Super Over’ in the event of a tie in the final of the 50-over showpiece event.

But what will happen is the game is washed out?

If the final and also the reserve day is washed out due to rain, then the two finalists share the trophy.
