'Unfortunately won't be again, but...': David Warner's reply to fan speculating end of SRH stint
Overall David Warner had a forgettable run in the IPL 2021 as he scored only 195 runs at a strike rate of 107 in eight games.

Like Mumbai Indians (MI) have Rohit Sharma, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have Virat Kohli, the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) side was known for having David Warner.
The man led the side towards Indian Premier League (IPL) victory in the 2016 season, defeating RCB by 8 runs in the final. From being the leading run-scorer to even entertaining fans online performing to Telugu songs - Warner gave everything for Hyderabad.
However, one bad season saw him lose his captaincy and even getting benched. Not just that, in the clash against Rajasthan Royals (RR), the Australian batsman was not even present at the stadium.
While SRH won the match, Warner was seen cheering for the team from his hotel room and sharing pictures of the same on his Instagram story. In fact, SRH had posted a picture after the completion of 10 overs during the first innings against RR and fans flooded the post asking where was Warner.
The fan wrote: "Is Warner in the stadium, We didn't spot him." While this fan was not the only one, many had the same question in mind.
But Warner was sweet to answer the fans like he always does, but his statement did not sit well. The Aussie star replied to that fan saying, "Unfortunately won’t be against but keep supporting, please".
The comment confirms more or less that Warner most likely won't be part of the future matches SRH will be playing this season. Overall he had a forgettable run in the IPL 2021 as he scored only 195 runs at a strike rate of 107 in eight games.
Earlier, Warner has always been the highest run-getter for the Hyderabad franchise as he managed to score over 4000 for the Orange army at an average of 49.55 and strike rate of 142.59 and was able to smash 42 half-centuries.
However, after his poor run in the IPL 2021 season, it will be no surprise if he would get released by SRH ahead of the IPL 2022 auction. He could most likely be picked up by an all-new franchise as two new teams are being added to the next season of the IPL.
