MS Dhoni played a match-winning knock of 87 from 114 balls during the decider third ODI between India and Australia on Friday.
Had Glenn Maxwell grabbed Dhoni's catch off Marcus Stoinis' bowling, the former Indian skipper would have walked back for a golden duck.
In the 17th over, Stoinis had dismissed Shikhar Dhawan and the very next ball, he created another chance of dismissal.
The Aussie bowled a short ball to Dhoni, who played a loose cut shot and the ball flew to Maxwell to the left of backward point. It was a sitter according to Maxwell's standards but unfortunately, Maxwell dropped it and eventually, that cost the hosts the match and series.
