APL 2018: Ben Cutting's girlfriend requests Rashid Khan to do something, gets cute reply

Afghanistan Premier League is set to start in couple of days. The first edition of the T20 tournament will be played in the United Arab Emirates.

Many well-known players like Chris Gayle, Shahid Afridi, Colin Munro, Brendon McCullum, Ryan ten Doeschate, Thisara Perera, Andre Russell and others will be in action for their respective franchises. 

This league is expected to boost Afghanistan cricket which is on the rise.

Of course, the focus will be on Afghan players during the tournament. One of the biggest stars of the tournament will be Rashid Khan.

Rashid Khan, who will be representing the Kabul franchise, recently got a request from anchor-presenter Erin Holland. 

Holland, who is the girlfriend of Australian national player Ben Cutting, requested him to take care of her boyfriend during the T20 tournament. 

Cutting will be playing for the Nangarhar Leopards franchise. Cutting has also been a part of the Sunrisers Hyderabad outfit in IPL.

"So happy for you Rashid! Look after (Ben) Cutting for me (maybe don’t bowl him out too much please) in the APL 2018,” Holland tweeted at Rashid.

Rashid had a witty reply ready for Erin and promised that he would take care of Cutting but on one condition that the Aussie will not sweep him.

The Afghanistan Premier League (APL 2018) will be played from Octorber 5 to October 23.
