'After running miles, he decides to take rest': Imran Tahir's cross-legged celebration in PSL 2020 sparks meme fest

Known for his fiery sprint on the field after taking a wicket, Imran Tahir's new way of celebration got Twitter in a frenzy. The former South Africa spinner, who is part of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2020 showed all his new way to celebrate a wicket in Qualifier 1.

The 41-year-old, playing for Multan Sultans, plucked a brilliant running catch to dismiss Karachi Kings opener Sharjeel Khan during their 142-run chase in the second innings. Tahir was stationed at deep mid-wicket and he raced across to take a good catch in the 4th over.

Tahir followed the wicket with a unique celebration as he posed with the ball while lying on the ground. Tahir ditched his usual way of celebrating of running a great distance but instead stole the show with his relaxed pose.

The PSL 2020 resumed after a long gap on Saturday and Karachi Kings will be seen taking on Lahore Qalandar in the final.
