Bumrah shared the news on Instagram with the caption, "Love, if it finds you worthy, directs your course. Steered by love, we have begun a new journey together. Today is one of the happiest days of our lives and we feel blessed to be able to share the news of our wedding and our joy with you. Jasprit & Sanjana."

3. Jasprit Bumrah was released by BCCI ahead of 4th Test for 'personal reasons'

Jasprit Bumrah ahead of the 4th and final Test against England was released by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) stating 'personal reasons'.
"Jasprit Bumrah made a request to BCCI to be released from India's squad ahead of the fourth Test owing to personal reasons. Accordingly, the fast bowler has been released and he will not be available for selection for the fourth Test," said the release.
The Indian pacer was not added to the T20I squad for the England series and is unlikely to be part of the ODI series as well.

The 28-year-old Sanjana Ganesan is a sports presenter and TV host and had primarily worked on Cricket with Star Sports for the IPL, hosting and presenting various shows.
She made her TV debut with the popular reality show MTV Splitsvilla 7. Sanjana Ganesan had a brief modelling career before becoming a sports presenter. She participated in the '2012 Femina Style Diva' fashion show.
She also presented exclusive shows for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) named 'The Knight Club' where KKR fans get the opportunity to interact and talk about the team.

A source from the BCCI had told ANI that Bumrah was getting married soon and had taken a leave to prepare for the same. Soon after this news broke out, netizens jumped to speculate who the pacer would be tieing the knot with.
Many reports suggested that the bowler was reportedly getting married to South Indian actress Anupama Parameswaran. However, all those rumours were put to rest by Anupama's mother as she has denied all the talks.
The actress' mother quashed all the reports claiming that her daughter was getting married to the star bowler.
However, after that news died, news of the Indian fast bowler set to tie the knot with Sanjana Ganesan, on March 14-15 in Goa did the rounds.
