This is an opportunity for the eight teams in to plug the gaps in their squads, and even overhaul the core of the sides if they so wish.
A total of 332 cricketers are set to go under the hammer of which 186 are Indian players, 143 overseas players & 3 players from Associate Nations.
Initially, 997 players had registered and the final list has been pruned after the eight franchises submitted their shortlisted players.
