Team India have landed in Australia for the Down Under series which is set to begin from November 27. All 30 cricketers of the ODI, T20I and Test squads have travelled together and will be observing a mandatory 14-day quarantine after landing in Australia.
The Indian contingent will kickstart their two-months long tour with three-match ODI series. The first two ODIs on November 27 and 29 will be played at the Sydney Cricket Ground, while the third ODI and first T20I will take place at the Manuka Oval.
BCCI even released their new list of players due to some missing due to injury. As per the new squads, Varun Chakravarthy who is reportedly grappling with a shoulder injury which he picked during the IPL 2020 is missing the clash.
He has a labrum tear in his shoulder which does not affect his bowling but does hamper his throwing, Indian Express reported. He has now been ruled out of the T20I series and selectors have named T Natarajan as a replacement.
